Test runs

At the AIDA Café at Währingerstraße 49, at Café Prückel and Café Sperl in Vienna, as well as at the Highlander sausage stand in St. Pölten, the existing tableware was partially replaced for several hours with my “vending cups” and “paper plates” made of porcelain. The guests of the cafés and the sausage stand were subsequently served using this new tableware. The serving activity remained unchanged, as did the sales activity of the sausage stand owner. A hidden camera recorded the guests’ reactions to the “new service.”
